Abu Dhabi Festival’s visual arts programme for 2019 is headlined by this exhibition surveying the history of European landscape painting. It’s made up of works from the uncomfortably titled Liechtenstein. The Princely Collections; this is one of the world’s leading private art collections, owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein, rulers of the principality of Liechtenstein, and the exhibition covers landscape painting primarily from the Late Renaissance through the Baroque – including works by Peter Paul Rubens, Lucas Cranach the Elder, Jan van Huysum and Joos de Momper. It should be a spectacular (if slightly irrelevant)mam show.
To 25 March.
